    Sarel Gronum is a passionate lecturer, consultant and researcher with more than 20 years international experience. He is Program Leader for the Bachelor in Business Management and lectures in Innovation Leadership and Entrepreneurship. He has published on innovation, network practices and business model design and has presented at several conferences. He actively reviews for a number of top journals and has worked on large-scale, industry sponsored research projects. His current research is in the area of SME growth and performance, specifically investigating the impacts of innovation and business model innovation. He teaches and advises corporate and public sector organisations on innovation and entrepreneurship topics both in Australia and abroad. Previously as CEO of a consulting firm, he advised client companies from a wide range of industry sectors and assisted senior management with development and implementation of sustainable growth strategies.
