4 September 2019

Reds backrower Angus Scott-Young is shattering the modern myth that sporting and academic excellence can't mix as he prepares to graduate with a double degree from The University of Queensland.

Over the past four-and-a-half-years, Scott-Young has racked up 28 appearances for Queensland, played for the Junior Wallabies (2016-17), won two club premierships with Uni (2017 and 2019) and excelled in Queensland Country’s 2017 title in the National Rugby Championship.

Instead of idling into brain dead hours playing Fortnite during his down time, he has ripped into his studies to complete a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science over the same period.
