    Clara’s teaching expertise is in corporate finance and investment. Her specific research interests include corporate finance, and its connection with asset pricing, cost of capital, risk management, liquidity and equity return. Clara’s recent research agenda focuses upon corporate capital structure instability and corporate business model changes, and big-data analytics in corporate report and media coverage.
