Mone Andrias is a PhD student in Information Systems at the UQ Business School, University of Queensland. Previously, he worked at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia where he undertook research on human resource management and thought classes in management. Furthermore, he was involved in management training and consultancy projects in Indonesia. In addition, he advised large companies in various industries including oil and gas, mining, banking and finance, manufacturing as well as government
agencies and not-for-profit organizations.

His research interests include leadership, teamwork, organizational culture, cross culture management and human resource management practices. His PhD thesis investigates leaders and leadership in agile software development team.

Research interests

Change management
The goal of this research is to develop better understanding of the process of organizational change and various factors that influence the effectiveness of the change process; for example organization culture, change agents, strategy and implementation, human resource management practices, and communication.
Leadership and organization behaviour
This research aims to investigate the relationship among variables in organization such as leadership, job satisfaction, conflicts, organization culture, human resource management practices and organization effectiveness.
People factors on agile IS development
The goal of this research is to explore various people factors on agile IS
development processes including teamwork, communication and collaboration,
team autonomy and their impacts on the project outcomes.
