    Mark is a program manager researching the emergence and development of information capital.  Mark’s research focuses on the social effects of IT artefacts within organisations and how stakeholders manage the benefits associated with those artefacts.

    Information capital describes the potential value that is available from the use of IT artefacts. Mark’s research examines how social cognition changes in response to the availability of IT artefacts and the subsequent effects on the benefits associated with those artefacts.
