    Cybele May is a PhD candidate in the Marketing Cluster of the UQ Business School. Her research focus is exploring the application of social marketing to issues in animal welfare. Cybele’s professional background is in veterinary medicine, principally in the area of epidemiology. She has worked in companion animal population management in both developed and developing countries. While completing her PhD, Cybele is involved in the development, marketing, and management of commercial veterinary practices.
