- Emotional intelligence is essentially the way you perceive, understand, express, and manage emotions and is becoming increasingly vital to humans' success in the increasingly digital future of work. - Employee wellbeing is a key issue that companies are striving to address to ensure that their employees remain happy and motivated at work.
- Innovation adoption
- It is important to remember that “a firm's success is rooted in its ability to drive innovation streams. Many innovation initiatives fail to succeed due to lack of proper management strategy and competency. Articles based on this research interest has appeared in Computers Human Behaviour and International Journal of Information Management.
- Leadership competencies and behaviours
- Leadership is an important function of management which helps to maximize efficiency and to achieve organizational goals. Following on from my master and PhD research program, I have maintained an interest in leadership competency and behaviour in large and complex organisations. Articles based on this research have appeared in the International Journal of Project Management, International Journal of Information Management and Computers in Human Behaviour.
