Dr. Phelan is an ecological economist with eighteen years professional experience including a strong mix of quantitative and qualitative research, project management, engineering, technical consulting, and business development.  Her research is focused at the interface between ecological and behavioural economics. Anna is part of the business development team for the Capturing Coral Reef & Related Ecosystem Services (CCRES) Project working on alternative sustainable livelihoods that protect and enhance coastal ecosystem services.
