Dr. Adam A. Kay is a Lecturer in Management at the University of Queensland. He is a former biotech business manager, executive coach, and international arbitration lawyer. Adam earned his Ph.D. at the University of British Columbia and is an award-winning teacher whose research interests include mindfulness, morality, performance, and corporate social responsibility. To date, Adam has published chapters in various books by Oxford University Press, Guiford Press, and Routledge, as well as articles in peer-reviewed journals with Academy of Management Perspectives and Journal of Personality and Social Psychology.
