UQ Business School retains top industry rating17 October 2014
UQ Business School Dean Professor Andrew Griffiths said the school had been recognised for its corporate links, academic qualifications and graduate salaries.
“The GMAA star ratings are a rigorous and truly independent evaluation of Australia’s business schools,” Professor Griffiths said.
“UQ Business School is the only business school in the country to currently hold the top rating for 10 consecutive years – a major achievement and a great accomplishment for the school.
“The GMAA star rating speaks volumes about the quality of our MBA program and the standard of teaching at UQ Business School.
“It is fantastic to be recognised by Australia’s most influential rating body and as a school we hope to continue to uphold the top rating.”
The association produces the ratings in conjunction with Hobsons Good Universities Guide to MBA and Management Courses.
The Economist and AFR BOSS currently rank UQ Business School as the number one business school in Australia, and The Economist lists it among the top 20 business schools worldwide.
