Dr Jörg Finsterwalder, University of Canterbury

Dr Jörg Finsterwalder is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing in the Department of Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship at The University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Jörg will be discussing his work on personality and co-creation (see below for abstract). His Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Marketing is from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Jörg has several years of experience in Relationship Marketing for an international car manufacturer as well as professional experience in finance industry. His research focus is mainly in the areas of Relationship Marketing and Services Marketing. Currently, he is interested in the following at times intertwined research topics in Services Marketing: co-creation of services, group services and consumer tribes, value networks and service (eco) systems, service consumer behaviour, customer experiences, disasters and services, and the film and airline industries. His work has been published in international journals such as the Journal of Strategic Marketing, Managing Service Quality and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services. Jörg is an editorial advisory board member and the regional associate editor of the Journal Managing Service Quality. Please note the date, time, and venue.
