In an age of digitalisation and automation, never before have brands had greater access to consumer data. Likewise, consumers are now empowered with more information about the products and services that brands offer.
This increase in communication between brands and consumers has enabled organisations to engage with customers more effectively, and build on customer-to-customer interactions. However, organisations are now in a vulnerable position where transgressions are susceptible to severe consumer punishment.
Our globally distinguished panel will draw upon value co-creation, management frameworks and the use of big data to provide insight into how managers can increase the value for both the customer relationship and the organisation’s bottom line.
