UQ Business School invites you to attend a Marketing Public Lecture & Forum on Wednesday, 3 May 2017 on the topic of 'Managing Customer Experience'.
In an age of digitalisation and automation, never before has well developed, implemented and monitored customer experience strategies been more salient for business success. Customer journeys, the consumer’s brand touch points and the environments in which the customer interacts with organisations (i.e. digital environments, servicescapes) all need to be managed to create customer experiences of value.
