Corporate Education course
This course will enable managers to understand the essentials of marketing - to up skill on the latest marketing tools, concepts and strategies; to understand the key components of strategic marketing planning; and how to develop, evaluate and implement successful marketing strategies.
The course focuses on the application of marketing theory to practice, employing concepts and strategies relevant to today's business world. In particular, it will focus on strategic marketing, branding, communication and customer service. A mixture of seminars, group discussions, case studies and practical exercises are used to acquaint participants with the essentials of marketing.

Professor Janet McColl-Kennedy, Professor of Marketing at UQ Business School, is internationally recognised for her work in service recovery and the interface between the service provider, manager and their customers. She specialises in assisting organisations with customer service, service recovery, emotions, marketing plans, carrying out market research and developing workable solutions to customer focused problems.
Mr Anthony Davidson is a strategic marketing advisor with over 20 years experience in senior marketing and management roles. He specialises in strategic marketing planning and brand development and consults to Boards and senior management. He has a strong interest in marketing and sustainability.
