With the accelerating rate of change in today's business environment, it is vitally important that women in leadership think in new ways, take diverse perspectives and lead with courage. The Women Executive Leaders course will empower participants to drive change in themselves, their teams and their workplace.
The course will allow participants to access new ideas and approaches that combine challenging content and emotional engagement designed to facilitate insights into how women can lead in ways that are both personally satisfying and professionally rewarding. Participants will engage with senior women executives across a number of sectors, building relationships and networks that are so critical in today's business world.

Dr Polly Parker is Director of the Master of Business Administration Program at UQ Business School and a Senior Lecturer specialising in HRM/leadership. She has a life-long interest in teaching and learning which she has applied in both academic and corporate settings. She is the originator and co-developer of the Intelligent Career Card Sort™ which is used world-wide for research and practice in career development.
Ms Tessa Raeburn was recently the Director of a blue chip, multinational company with specific responsibility, as HR Director, for setting global HR strategy. She specialises in corporate culture and the development of the leadership and talent pipelines. A Chartered Psychologist, she spent 16 years as a Partner of Raeburn Keslake, consulting in blue chip, global companies on individual, team and organisation development.
