Consulting and contract research

Consultancy and contract research are core areas of our business. Our staff regularly act as consultants and have worked with top-tier firms such as the Asia Development Bank, BHP Billiton, Proctor and Gamble, Coca-Cola and HSBC, as well as governments and not-for-profit organisations.

UQ Business School is renowned for research and has an excellent track record for winning Australian Research Council (ARC) grants, the majority of them awarded for projects undertaken with an industry partner. Staff can also provide advice to company boards and give testimony as expert witnesses in court cases.

Our facilities include many other opportunities such as the Sustainable Business Unit, which is led by world authority Professor Andrew Griffiths and aims to be Australia's leading source of research and information on corporate sustainability and strategies for adapting to climate change. It also provides briefings on legislative reporting requirements, and develops tools for mapping corporate sustainability and sustainability-oriented culture change.

Our consultancy and research work is grouped into seven specialist areas  from which an expert with the right specialist knowledge can develop project to suit your needs.
