Research Interests

• The incentives surrounding accounting policy and disclosure choices by listed entities, with particular emphasis on the impact of regulation on those choices.
  (1) Investigations of accounting policy, capital structure and corporate governance choice by listed corporations. (2) Investigations of the determinants of voluntary disclosure by listed corporations, especially those relating to executive remuneration or corporate sustainabilty. (3) The impact of corporate governance reforms, such as CLERP 9, on the disclosure decisions of corporations.
