A particular interest of this research is personalization of virtual learning environment and its effects on eLearning effectiveness.
  • Field 3: Knowledge management systems
Knowledge management research is a natural and logical extension of my work in the area of technology-mediated learning, since learning is the process by which information is converted into knowledge. A particular interest of KM research is investigation of the role of information and communication technologies in development and implementation of knowledge strategies and the impact on organizational performance.
