The Sustainable Business Unit was formed as part of the ongoing commitment towards sustainability research and practice at UQ Business School. The Unit assists business organisations with developing and implementing corporate sustainability measures and climate change adaptation strategies, and provides access to leading experts and the latest research in corporate sustainability.
Its mission is to serve as Australia's leading source of research and information on corporate sustainability and climate change adaptation strategies.
The Sustainable Business Unit provides both applied research and consultancy services for business organisations that are committed to working towards a sustainable future, including:
- Corporate sustainability and climate change adaptation strategies
- Briefings on legislative reporting requirements
- Development and implementation of tools for mapping corporate sustainability and sustainability-oriented culture change.
