Organisation Dynamics and Change

The program pursues a series of interrelated and rigorous empirical research projects into the critical factors associated with organisational dynamics and change. It provides evidence-based understanding of the processes of organisational change, the factors that impact upon the change process, and the organisational dynamics that drive, accompany or in other ways intersect with core change processes.

The program contributes to the development of theory with respect to organisational dynamics and change as well as providing knowledge that enables Australian organisations to better manage the change process and secure better performing organisations.

Researchers in the program are currently involved in a number of projects funded by grants from the Australian Research Council and other funding sources.

Martina Linnenluecke, Sally Russell and Nardia Haigh are researching the impacts of climate change on business. Read more
