Dr Margaret Mittelheuser AM and ABN AMRO Morgans Ltd Prize in MBA Accounting & Finance prize is awarded to an MBA student in each graduating year to achieve the highest combined marks in the first attempt at both ACCT7804 (previously ACCT7020) and FINM7805 (previously FINM 7065).
About Margaret Mittelheuser
In 1964 Margaret Mittelheuser secured a place in Australia's financial history when she earned a partnership in the stockbroking firm, Ralph W King & Yuill, becoming Australia's first female stockbroker. Margaret's contribution to finance and the stockbroking industry has been recognised by the award of Membership of the Order of Australia (AM) and with Honorary Doctorates from the University of Queensland and Griffith University. Her successful career continued over 50 years and raised many millions of dollars for government and private organisations and she advised many clients on their investments.
