Tessa was recently the Global Director of a Fortune 500 multinational company with specific responsibility, as Director: Human Resources, for setting global HR strategy. Prior to that she spent 16 years as a Partner of Raeburn Keslake, consulting in blue chip, global companies on individual, team and organisation development.
She was awarded an Honorary Senior Research Fellowship with Guys Medical School and is an Associate Fellow of The British Psychological Society. Tessa specialises in corporate culture change, and the development of the leadership and talent pipelines.
