Kevin Hendry is a strategy and corporate governance consultant and management educator. He has been a Facilitator for the Australian Institute of Company Directors Diploma Course since 2002, teaching strategy, risk, board effectiveness and decision-making modules. Kevin was Managing Director of Competitive Dynamics Pty. Ltd., a Brisbane based management consultancy specialising in corporate governance and strategy.
In his corporate career, Kevin spent almost 20 years with Monsanto and was Vice President and Managing Director Asia Pacific for the Monsanto Nutrition and Consumer Products business as well as a member of the unit's Global Board.
Kevin is currently a director of StratBoard and has held executive and non-executive director roles in several countries in the Asia Pacific region in both established and start-up businesses. He is also a researcher in corporate governance with the University of Queensland. His doctoral thesis covers the role of the board in strategy and his research in this area has been presented and published internationally.
