David Burrell is the Founder of LDKS Consulting, a Human Resources and Organisational Development Consultancy. LDKS's current clients include Boards, CEOs and Senior Executives.
The core business of LDKS is to help and coach its Clients, enabling them to increase the success of their organisations, by improving the decisions that depend on and/or impact people.
Prior to establishing LDKS, David held senior HR Director, Strategy setting and Leadership roles in Australasia, Latin America, Asia and Europe. These roles have encompassed:
- Global, regional and local experience in developing, positioning and deploying HR Strategy to drive business performance.
- Coaching and mentoring high performance HR and business professionals
- Chairmanship of a superannuation company.
- Employer of the Year Awards in Asia and Australasia.
- Responsibility for an international leadership development centre and its programmes.
- Implementation of a global HR system covering 55,000 people.
