All MBA programs claim to develop your leadership skills. UQBS can provide evidence of skills development by using our own assessment tool (the Leadership Capability Framework). As an MBA student you will use the tool to assess your skill level across 7 key leadership dimensions as you enter the program - and again when you are about to graduate.
As a member of our Alumni Association, you will continue to have access to the Leadership Capability Framework so you can review their progress at any time.
