Getting there from Brisbane Airport

Brisbane Airport is conveniently located approximately 15-20 minutes drive (13 km) from Brisbane CBD.

Taxis are readily available from the airport and the taxi-fare from the airport to the city will be approximately $35.

For delegates who are driving: Take airport drive for 1.5 kilometres and then take the Gateway Arterial exit to the left. Then come off the Gateway Motorway and take the Eagle Farm/City Exit. Continue through and turn left into Kingsford Smith Drive. Follow the signs into the city and the street name will change to Ann St. Continue along Ann St all the way until you reach North Quay. Turn left onto North Quay, then take the Elizabeth St exit on your left.

Parking

"Secure Parking" is located adjacent to the Hilton and has 500 undercover parking spaces available. Access to the car park is from Elizabeth Street. The car park is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Valet Parking at the hotel is available to in-house guests.

Special needs

Hilton Brisbane has rooms for disabled guests located on the 9th level. All accommodation floors, car park and banquet floor has facilities for the disabled. Ramps on level 6 provide easy access to all public areas including restaurants and bar.

Smoking

The Hilton Conference centre is a smoke free zone, as are all restaurants. Smoking accommodation is available upon request.

Public transport

A comprehensive network of buses, ferries and trains are available in Brisbane city and suburbs. Travel passes are available. A Day Rover ticket offers one day unlimited travel on Brisbane City Council bus and ferry services. The South East Explorer ticket provides unlimited travel on bus, ferry and Citytrain services. Central train station is 500 metres or a 10-minute walk from the Hotel and City buses stop directly at the front of the Hotel entrance.
