Friday 3 July 2009 - Depart Brisbane Hilton at 5.00 pm. Return by 11.00pm.
Discover the Outback Spirit with Australian Outback Spectacular, an evening dinner show, filled with outback music, drama and action! Australian Outback Spectacular enthralls visitors with a unique and exciting evening experience in a performance that goes beyond traditional folk stories delivering a spectacular insight into the present day culture of outback Australia. The evening includes a sumptuous three-course Aussie BBQ dinner and drinks as well as a free Stockman's hat! Return transport from the Brisbane Hilton to the Spectacular is included.
Note: this event is not included in the registration fee, bookings are essential.
Payment
All Payments must be in Australian Dollars only. Online credit card payment options are VISA, or MasterCard. Payment by cheque or direct bank deposit is also available. Full bank and cheque payment details appear on the registration form.
Registration Acknowledgment
Your registration will be acknowledged via email within five working days of receipt. Registration fees are based on date of receipt of payment (not the receipt of registration form).
Tax Invoice
A tax invoice will be sent by email within five working days of receipt of registration.

Alterations to your registration must be in writing via:

Cancellations
Registration cancellations must be advised in writing (see 'Alterations' for contact details). Cancellations received prior to 16 June 2009 will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of $150.00. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. Exceptions are at the discretion of the organising committee and must be made in writing.
Overpayments due to registration error
A Conference Organiser will contact a delegate immediately an overpayment is suspected and make arrangements to refund any overpayment less fees depending on the refund method selected by the delegate.
Note: Refunds are made in Australian dollars. Refunds cannot be made to a credit card.
Asian FA cannot accept responsibility for any financial losses incurred by the delegates and exhibitors in the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters. Asian FA or JK Connections will not accept responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Conference.
